Computer aided shield support design based modelling of hydraulic supply system, strength analysis and local geological conditions

Computer aided shield support design based modelling of hydraulic supply system, strength analysis and local geological conditions – the work is holistic approach to design of shield support. It starts with detail analysis of geological and mining condition that is followed by calculations of load conditions.  This allows to determine shield support design requirements. Next the numerical simulations of hydraulic supply system are conducted with CFD method and steel elements of support is analysed in self developed software.
